  1. Maitlamo - Botswana's National Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Policy
The policy was built upon Vision 2016 - Botswana's long term strategy in January 2005. The objectives set in the draft ICT policy document are: (1)Creation of an enabling environment for the growth of an ICT industry in the country, (2) Provision of universal service and access to information and communication facilities in the country, and (3) Making Botswana a regional ICT Hub so as to make the country's ICT sector globally competitive.

  12.  eLearning XHTML editor (eXe)
eXe is a web-based authoring environment designed to assist teachers and academics in the design, development and publishing of web-based learning and teaching materials without the need to become proficient in HTML, XML or complicated web-publishing applications.
     
  13.  SAKAI
Sakai is an online Collaboration and Learning Environment. Many users of Sakai deploy it to support teaching and learning, ad hoc group collaboration, support for portfolios and research collaboration.
